Mobile Game Addictions

Every now and then we get obsessed with certain gaming apps, these are the ones we are currently playing. We typically like good story based ones, or ones that get us out around town (Pokemon Go, Ingress), and of course, fun time killers!

Lily’s Garden – The ads for this game are nothing like the story for the game. I have no idea why, but all I can say is the ads are badly misleading. This is actually a fun little puzzle game, with an interesting story where the characters have personality. You focus on Lily trying to fix up the property she inherited, mostly the garden, of course (name gives that away). Along the way she makes some friends, and meets a new guy. It’s pretty addicting!

Penny & Flo: Finding Home – From the same makers as Lily’s Garden, they even have at least two cross over characters (that I have seen so far). This game also had bad, misleading ads, so the story is nothing like the ads you may have seen for it. This is also a puzzle game, where you have two new best friends, helping a retired movie actress fix up in and around her mansion (after they drove a car into it). It has a fun, storytelling vibe, that makes you want to know what will happen next!

Township – In this game you build your own town! Grow your population, while mining, producing items, material, and food (sounds similar to Farmville, but it’s better, IMO). As you level, other things become available. Such as a plane where you can fill orders, the zoo, and islands where you can get other items.
